The long tour of South Africa has finally concluded and most importantly it concluded on a winning note for India. India would be happy to take back 2 of the 3 trophies fought for on this tour for it was never going to be easy to decimate South Africa in their own backyard.
After losing the first two tests, we saw a different spark in team India and a different appetite for success. Team India bounced back strongly to win the third test, won the One Day series handsomely by a score of 5-1 and now with this win in the last game of the tour, India has won the T20 series too.

Now India’s next assignment is the Nidahas Trophy to be played in Sri Lanka for which the senior brass of players have been rested.
WELL DESERVING MAYANK AGGARWAL IGNORED BY SELECTORS FOR NIDAHAS TROPHY
Mayank Aggarwal has been in the form of his life in recent times. First, he showed great form in the Ranji Trophy as he scored 1160 runs from 8 matches and then he piled up heaps of runs in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. During the Ranji season, he also registered his career best with an unbeaten knock of 304.
In the Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy too he continued his great run of form and scored 258 runs from 9 matches. His highest score in this T20 tournament was 86. Then came the Vijay Hazare Trophy and he smashed 633 runs in the tournament. IF NOT THIS, WHAT WOULD GET HIM TO THE TEAM?

Always selecting the players in very wrong manner. Why don’t select Mayank Agarwal. Is The players such as Vijay Shankar, Rishabh pant is very good than Agarwal ?. Worst BCCI @BCCI

With close to 2000 runs this domestic season, Mayank Agarwal is a bit unlucky to miss out on India call-up. When someone is in form of his life, he should be given a chance sooner. The wait just got longer & IPL becomes crucial now. #Nidahastrophy
