In the last couple of months, KL Rahul has emerged out as India’s go-to man. He has been in some exceptional performance of lately with the bat in the limited-overs of the game where he batted at every position in the Top5 of the playing XI, especially in the just concluded T20s and ODI series against New Zealand.
Moreover, Rahul also took over the role of wicket-keeping after Rishabh Pant was ruled out because of suffering from concussion while batting.
Since then Rishabh Pant is yet to play an international game as KL Rahul has become the most perfect and preferable choice is the selectors, especially after he donned the wicket-keeping gloves. KL Rahul or the ‘multi-dimensional’ player as Virat Kohli termed him has brought a much-needed balance to the Indian cricket team and Team India seems to stick with him for a decent period of time.
On the other hand, Rishabh Pant has been under the scanner of people because of his poor form with the bat as well as with gloves. From being criticized by top cricket analysts to being booed by the audience at the stadium, Rishabh Pant became the talking point until Rahul replaced him.
However, seems like wicket-keeping isn’t the only role that KL Rahul has taken away from him, but he also seems to have stolen the title of “babysitter” from Rishabh Pant.
Well, on Wednesday, KL Rahul took to his social media and shared two adorable pictures of himself with the daughter of Jatin Sapru. Sharing the pictures, KL Rahul wrote:
