Young Indian wicketkeeper-batsman, Rishabh Pant has evolved a lot as a Test batsman in the last few months. The Southpaw turned out to be the hero of the fourth and the last test match as he showcased his attacking style and smashed the bowlers all around the ground.
On Day 2 of the just-concluded India vs England 4th Test, Rishabh displayed maturity and control as he scored a stunning 101 off 118 deliveries to bring up his third century in Test cricket. The stunning knock was laced with 13 boundaries and two sixes.
Meanwhile, at the end of Day 2 of the match, a picture of former Indian cricketer Ashish Nehra giving his autograph to Rishabh Pant went crazily viral on the internet and has been making rounds on social media. While his knock became the highlight of the match, on the other hand, his picture became one of the most talked-about things on the internet on Saturday.

Talking about his stunning knock on Day 2 of India vs England 4th Test, Rishabh said, “The plan was just to build a partnership when I joined Rohit, that was the only thing on my mind. I was thinking I would assess the pitch and then play my shots. If the bowlers are bowling well respect it and take the singles, and that was on my mind. I like to play the situation and I just see the ball and react – that’s the USP (unique selling point) of my game.”
