The first innings for Indian cricket team started with a bad note for Indian cricketers as Sam Curren went on to take 3 wickets in 8 balls. The wickets of top three Indian cricket team were bundled up by the young 20-year bowler. The bad luck was followed by the dismiss of Dinesh Karthik, Ajinkya Rahane, Hardik Pandya and the rest of the cricketers.

However, the skipper of Indian cricket team, is still fighting as a lone wolf and is trying hard to turn the tables for the team. He played one of the best knocks of his test careers and left everyone overwhelmed with his outstanding knock.

Virat Kohli, the Indian skipper has been receiving accolades of praises and appreciation for his knock as he went on to make a century. With the strike rate of 62.26, Virat Kohli went on to make his 22nd Test century when other batsmen disappointed.
