ICC Champions Trophy 2017: India’s opening match of ICC Champions Trophy 2017 against arch-rivals turned out to be one of the most one-sided matches as India outplayed Pakistan in all three departments of the game. Before the match, fans from both sides of the border were hoping that they would get to see a good match but, much to their disappointment, it was only one-way traffic.

Pakistan won the toss and elected to bowl first. And it was the only thing they won in the match. Mohammed Amir bowled the first over and it was a median. It was the kind of over we expect to see in India vs Pakistan matches. But, it was the only good over they bowled. After that, Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma formed a good partnership and gave a perfect platform to likes to Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh to fix their muscles and pile up a big score, which they did.

But, even when Pakistani batsmen were going down with a fight, their fans were right behind them, as always.

But the best part was when, after the match, fans from both sides came together, dances and celebrated the ‘game’ together. While Indians were more excited and pumped up, their counterparts from Pakistan didn’t play spoil sport and celebrated with them. Watch it here:
