The Gujarat Lions returned to winning ways after losing three consecutive matches, with a victory over Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Kolkata on Sunday. Australia’s swashbuckling batsman Aaron Finch played a cracking cameo and scored 29 runs off just 10 balls.
Finch got run out and the reaction he showed after his dismissal was something we don’t associate Aaron Finch with. Aaron Finch took off for a single. Before Jadeja could send him back, it was too late for Finch as Manish Pandey, who was fielding at midwicket, ran in to dislodge the bails and run-out Finch. Aaron Finch lost his cool and had a go at Jadeja before throwing his helmet and bat on his way towards the team dug-out.
