Jamaica Tallawahs swashbuckling all-rounder, Andre Russell, created history by scoring the fastest hundred in Carribean Premier League (CPL). Russell came in to bat when Tallawahs were struggling at 67 for 4. Russell didn’t take much time to get started. Russell launched Anderson Phillip for two mighty sixes down the ground in the 11th over and he was away. Russell showed great skills and power in his 42-ball hundred. Russell exhibited his wide variety of strokes and brut power. He, almost single-handedly, took Jamaica Tallawahs to the final of CPL T20 2016 and he was awarded man of the match for his muscular effort. In his innings, Russell pummelled three fours and 11 sixes to blaze his way to 100 off 44.
