England’s Ben Stokes is arguably the best all-rounder in world cricket, at the moment. In the last couple of years, the big all-rounder has worked extremely hard on his game and established himself as one of the mainstays of England cricket team, across all three formats of the game.

Ben Stokes is a very well-balanced all-rounder who can contribute equally with both, bat and ball. And, not to forget, he is a brilliant fielder, too.

In the tenth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), which is the best and most watched T20 league in the world, Ben Stokes was the most expensive player in the auction. All the franchise owners went after him, but it Rising Pune Supergiant who won the bid and bought Stokes’ services for the season for INR 14.5 crore.

When Stokes made his debut, he was looked upon as a very exciting all-rounder who can play aggressive innings lowers down the order and bowl first change. But, as time progresses, Stokes worked extremely hard on his game and now he is one of the most reliable batsmen in England. Also, he is their biggest wicket-taking option, across all three formats of the game.

Talking about taking wickets, Stokes bowled an absolute peach of a delivery in the second innings of the ongoing third Test match between England and South Africa. Coming around the wicket, Stokes bowled an unplayable yorker to Quinton de Kock, which swung late in the air and crashed onto the timber.

De Kock is a top quality batsman, but this delivery was too good even for someone of his quality. Watch it here:
