On day 2 of the first Test match of the ongoing Test series between Sri Lanka and New Zealand, New Zealand’s skipper Brendon McCullum played a very attacking knock of 75 runs off just 57 balls. McCullum, who is one of the hardest hitters of the cricket ball, smashed 13 fours and 1 six in his knock of 75 runs. McCullum has been in great form across all formats in the last 12 months or so. His aggressive batting has been one of New Zealand’s biggest strengths. After a big century by Martin Guptill and a well-made 88 by Kane Williamson, McCullum’s aggressive knock of 75 runs on day 2, allowed New Zealand to reach 431 runs.
