Brendon McCullum has been in phenomenal form throughout the calender year 2014.

Brendon McCullum has passed 50 just three times in the year, but each time turned it into a huge innings:

In Auckland in February, he scored 224 against India then backed it up, becoming the first Kiwi to scored a test-triple century.

McCullum then passed 200 for the fourth time in his career and the third in the year as he reached 202 against Pakistan in Sharjah.

And the third one being his 195 on the first day 1 of the first Test against Sri Lanka in Christchurch
