Before the game, all eyes were on Chris Gayle and the fans along with the West Indies team wanted him to perform on such a big stage. but, it was not his day it seems. Jasprit Bumrah came on to bowl and he sent Gayle back to the hut with his first delivery itself! Bowling on the wicket, he swung the ball into Gayle and successfully bowled a yorker! Gayle had no clue of what just happened. Bumrah mentioned earlier in the interviews that Lasith Malinga had largely helped him perfect the yorker in the Mumbai Indians camp.
