South Africa’s Dale Steyn is arguably the best fast bowler in world cricket at the moment. In the last 6 years or so, Steyn has been at the top of ICC rankings in Test cricket. Steyn was challenged to hit the GoPro first off a length delivery and then off a bouncer with the manufacturers aiming to test whether the GoPro could withstand the hits without breaking. GoPro is expected to be a regular feature in international cricket as the broadcasters want to add more the experience of the viewers.

Steyn completed the first challenge with just his second ball. But it took good 6-7 deliveries to knock-out GoPro off a bouncer. As for the GoPro – no it didn’t break.
