Gautam Gambhir spoke with BCCI.tv during a practice session ahead of the second Test match at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Gambhir, who has been picked in India’s Test team after 2 long years, have struggled hard at the domestic level.
While talking to BCCI.tv, Gambhir said, he is very excited to play Test cricket again and wear the ‘blue’ cap again. Gambhir said that he plays cricket to win and which ever team he plays for, he looks to score run in pursuit of team’s victory. He also spoke about the importance of a ‘happy’ dressing room.
When asked about changes he has made in his technique, Gambhir said it’s been more mental than technical. The southpaw said he is not looking far into the future and taking one game at a time. Watch Gautam Gambhir’s full interview here:
