In the third Test of the ongoing series between South Africa and England, South Africa’s fast bowler Hardus Viljoen broke Moeen Ali’s bat into two pieces. Hardus bowled a length ball that bounced a little more than expected and hit the top of Moeen Ali’s bat. In a flash, a big part of Moeen Ali’s bat was seen flying in the air. These days, bats are made with the best quality willows and they don’t broken that easily. It is always a funny sight to see a cricket bat getting broken on a cricket field. But, spare a thought for Moeen Ali. It might be his favourite bat. Watch it here:
