VIDEO: Lasith Malinga announces his comeback with a deadly yorker

Lalith Malinga made a comeback to competitive cricket after a long time in a practice match against Australia’s PM XI played on Wednesday. Malinga has worked very hard on his fitness during his recovery period and it payed of in the first itself, he bowled in his comeback match. Malinga last played an international match in June 2016 and since then he has been on a recovery mode. He injured his knee in a T20 match against UAE was ruled out for a year and he also missed the T20 World Cup.

Lasith Malinga is popularly known as Yorker King and he has troubled many great batsmen with his unorthodox action and unbelievable accuracy. In the first over of his comeback match, Malinga bowled an unplayable inswinging yorker and the batsman hardly had any time to react and in fraction of seconds, he could see the middle stump knocked off the pitch.
