India is currently taking on Australia in the ongoing final clash of the World Test Championship at the Oval in London. The Australians managed well to dominate India on Day 1 and Day 2 of the Test match. First, they posted a huge total of 469 runs in the first innings, following which their bowlers stole the show with their amazing performance on Day 2 of the game.
On Day 3, India showed glimpses of a comeback as Ajinkya Rahane and Shardul Thakur steadied the ship for team India, following a horrible top-order collapse.
Marnus Labuschagne Caught Sleeping With Pads On

Meanwhile, a hilarious incident took place during Day 3 of the ongoing WTC Final 2023. It happened after India got all out and Australians came out to bat. Mohammed Siraj struck early for team India as he removed the big fish – David Warner. Marnus Labuschagne, who was the next batter to come out to bat, was caught sleeping and that turned out to be one of the most hilarious incidents of the WTC Final 2023.
Labuschagne was ready with his pads in the dressing room when David Warner and Usman Khawaja charged out to the middle to start Australia’s second innings but he decided to get some shut-eye while sitting on a chair in the pavilion at The Oval. He got a bit too relaxed. As soon as Warner was dismissed, the cameras showed Marnus Labuschagne taking a nap. He quickly got up from his sleep and rushed to the crease to bat
The video of the hilarious moment has been going viral on the internet. Watch it here:
