In the first ODI of the ongoing series between New Zealand and Pakistan, New Zealand’s Mitchell McClenaghan was smashed on the face by a short ball as he tries to play the pull short off Anwar Ali. The ball missed his bat and flew in through the gap between the grill and hit him on his eye. At the time of impact it looked very scary as Mitchell McClenaghan fell on the ground and the ball stuck between the grills of his helmet.
