IPL 2017: MS Dhoni is one of the most cool and composed cricketers we have ever seen. His ability to keep his composure under pressure situations is his biggest strength and it is one of the major reasons behind his successful career as India’s captain.

Cricket is known as a gentleman’s game and Dhoni has played the game in the right spirit. From taking his run-out appeal back to give Ian Bell another chance in a Test match to becoming Fafa du Plessis’ physio in an ODI match, Dhoni has never failed to inspire cricket fans with his gentlemanly conduct on the field.

In the match against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Wednesday, Dhoni once again walked off even before the on-field umpire gave him out. Kuldeep Yadav bowled beat MS Dhoni with flight and turn and KKR’s wicketkeeper Sheldon Jackson took a good catch. Both, keeper and bowler, went up in unison and even before umpire could react, MS Dhoni put his head down and started walking back to pavilion.

Dhoni’s wicket is always important but considering the scenario of the match, it was a big wicket for KKR. But Dhoni, without letting the situation get better off him, walked back to the pavilion. Watch it here:
