VIDEO: MS Dhoni’s Ultra-Fast Stumping To Dismiss Jason Holder

Cricket LoungeBy Cricket LoungeUpdated:08/02/2023No Comments1 Min Read

A few days ago, MS Dhoni surprised one and all with arguably the slowest stumping of all time. He teased West Indian captain by moving his hands in ultra-slow motion. But, we don’t usually relate the word slowest with MS Dhoni. He is one of the fastest wicketkeeper in the history of the game.

Over the years, we have seen MS Dhoni outfox the opposition batsmen with his unorthodox style and astute awareness about the game. In the third match of the ongoing ODI series between India and West Indies, MS Dhoni surprised West Indian skipper once again, but this time, with a lightning fast stumping. Ashwin saw Jason Holder coming down the wicket and he bowled it wide outside the leg-stump.

Dhoni, who must have been blinded by Holder’s big reach, moved very swiftly towards the leg stump and executed an ultra-fast stumping. Holder tried to get back to the crease, but MS Dhoni was too quick to react. Watch it here:
