India’s star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is a very entertaining character on and off the field.   He is one of the most important members of Indian cricket team, in all three formats of the game. Initially, the Jamnagar boy was a batsman who could bowl a bit, but he worked extremely hard on his game and now he is one of the best all-rounders in world cricket.

Jadeja is also one of the best fielders in the world. In almost every game, he pulls out something spectacular that helps Team India. So, in this way, he is a tree dimensional cricketer who can never be kept out of the game.

In the ongoing Test series against Sri Lanka, Ravindra Jadeja will be one of India’s key players. The pitches and conditions in Sri Lanka favour spin bowling and all that’s where Jadeja can be a big asset for India. As a bowler, he keeps things very simple and bowls according to the plan. He sticks to one line and keeps making subtle changes in his speed and variations.

In the first Test of the ongoing series, Ravindra Jadeja was seen imitating Sri Lanak spinner Dilruwan Perera’s action in the dressing room. While all other Indian cricketers along with bowling coach Bharat Arun and head coach Ravi Shastri were watching the action, he suddenly came running and stared imitating Dilruwan’s action. When he saw that players and coaches enjoyed his act, he went back and came back again with an even better imitation.

This made everybody, including head coach Ravi Shastri laugh out loud. Watch it here:
