Ravindra Jadeja bowled brilliantly in the first innings of the first Test of the ongoing series against New Zealand. On a turning track in Kanpur, Ravindra Jadeja led India’s bowling attack and claimed his 5th five-wicket haul in Test cricket.
Jadeja’s biggest strength his consistency with line and length and he did exactly that on a track that had lots of help for spinner. 9 of New Zealand’s 10 wickets were claimed by Indian spinners; Ravindra Jadeja 5 and Ravichandran Ashwin 4.
