South Africa’s stand-in captain Faf du Plessis answered his critics in the best possible manner in the ongoing third Test between Australia and South Africa. Du Plessis, who was under a lot of pressure after ball-tempering allegation made against him were approved and he was reprimanded by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
South Africa’s innings in the first innings of the third Test didn’t start in the way they would have wanted. Australia’s fast bowlers bowled brilliantly and took 3 early wickets. Faf du Plessis held one end up as wickets kept falling and scored a brilliant hundred. Du Plessis knock was very special as he was booed by the Australian crowd while entering the field.
