Indian cricket team registered their second conceptive win the ongoing 5-match ODI series against Australia. The day belonged to young Chinaman Kuldeep Yadav, who became the first Indian spinner to take a hat-trick in ODIs.
Indian cricket team was in a festive mood after the win and threw a surprise birthday party for the middle order Manish Pandey, who turned 28 on September 10.
In the video, after cutting the cake, Manish Pandey is grabbed by MS Dhoni from the back as others put cake on his face. Pandey tried to escape but very few people can escape from Dhoni’s reach, on and off the field.
Young guns Yuzvendra Chahal and and Axar Patel did a good job by giving a creamy facial to Manish Pandey who tried his best to escape.
On a personal front, Manish Pandey has not been at his best in the series so far. In the first two matches, he has scored just 3 runs and struggled against the Australian fast bowlers. He would be desperate to give a good performance as there is very tight competition for the middle-order. Pandey was picked ahead of Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina and he would have to keep scoring runs in order to retain his place.
