India’s Test skipper Virat Kohli scored his second double hundred in Test cricket on day 2 of the third and final Test of the ongoing series between India and New Zealand. Kohli batted for almost two days and notched up his second double hundred in Test cricket.
It was a knock of utmost authority as Virat Kohli even give a single chance to the opponents. Virat Kohli played a marathon knock with Ajinkya Rahane and grilled the Kiwi bowlers with his grit, technique and hunger to score runs. Kohli was under a lot pressure coming into the last match as he didn’t have any big score to his name after his double hundred in the Carribean.
Kohli celebrated his second double hundred without any animated gestures. He just took his helmet off, waved his bat to the fans and pavilion and hugged his partner Ajinkya Rahane. Watch it here:
