West Indies’ big all-rounder Kieron Pollard is one of the hardest hitters of the cricket ball in world cricket. Pollard, over the years, has shown the power of big muscles and played some of the most entraining and destructive T2O knocks around the world.

When we talk about domestic T20 leagues around the world, Kieron Pollard is one of the most popular and demanded cricketers. After he made a name for himself in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for Mumbai Indians, all other T20 leagues around the world started chasing him, and now, he is one of the highest paid T20 cricketers in the world.

Talking about T20 leagues, the “biggest party in the sport” Caribbean Premier League (CPL T20) is going on and Pollard is doing what he does best. In the match against Barbados tridents and St Lucia Stars, Pollard played one of the best innings of his T20 career.

He showed brutal strength and scored 83 runs off just 35 balls. Pollard usually bats at number 5 but for this match, he promoted himself to number 4 and this allowed him to show his skills in a much better way.

Pollard right from the first over he faced, dealt in sixes and made St Lucia’s bowling attack look very ordinary. Kieron Pollard smashed many sixes in his innings but the one he smashed off St Lucia’s spinner was the best of the lot. He picked a short delivery and give it a whack down the ground with all his power.

The fielder at long-off didn’t have to move much but he still couldn’t get his hands around the ball because it was travelling at a speed that only a big unit like Kieron Pollard can generate. In the words of Ravi Shastri, it went across the boundary rope like a tracer bullet. Watch it here:
