VIDEO: Thrilling last ball finish in the first T20I between Australia and Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka pulled off a thrilling victory in the first T20I of the ongoing series away against Australia. It was a brilliant game of cricket to watch as the momentum kept swinging from one team to other and no one could tell which way the way would go until the last delivery was bowled. The win kept Sri Lanka’s unbeaten streak in T20I cricket in Australia.

The thrilling win was made possible by an aggressive 52 off 37 balls by Asela Gunaratne, who was named man-of-the-match for his match-winning innings. Gunaratne batted very aggressively and kept Sri Lanka in the game by scoring boundaries at regular intervals.

It was a very tensed finish as Australian captain Aaron Finch kept changing the fielding positions in the last over and the Lankan batsmen were made to wait and plan accordingly. Watch the highlights of the first T20I between Australia and Sri Lanka here:
