Virat Kohli batted brilliantly in the first match of the ongoing 3-match ODI series and once again played a very important role in a brilliant run-chase. Kohli has now mastered the art of batting brilliantly in big chases. He stays very cool and his shot selection is almost perfect. Kohli played many good looking shots in his innings but there was one which stood out.

This shot came in the 33rd over of the India innings, bowled by Chris Woakes. Slower-bouncer is one of the most difficult deliveries to put away and Virat Kohli played a brilliant stroke to put Woakes’ delivery back into the stands.

Virat Kohli backed his skills and played a brilliant pull stroke using his wrists. The power of his arms came into play, as Kohli played a lofted shot with the ball landing in the stands.
