One of the greatest batsmen to have ever represented India, Virender Sehwag has played multiple memorable innings during his time at the top.
Sehwag was known for lightning-fast hands and ability to hit the ball hard. During his time, he scored runs against all the major playing teams and is also the first man in India’s history to hit a triple century.
In the match against the West Indies when Sehwag hit in an immortal 219, becoming one of the only three men. Scoring at a brilliant rate, he frustrated Marlon Samuels with some absolutely class cricketing shots.
Anticipating a fuller one, Sehwag shuffles a bit to his right before stepping back and sweeping the bowler to the fine leg boundary. A frustrated Samuels stares but Sehwag makes him smile whilst walking past him.
