Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, who is regarded as the greatest cricketer to have played the game of cricket. On Friday, Sachin Tendulkar celebrated the 30th anniversary of his first international hundred.
To make his day more special for him, several cricketers and fans around the world took to their social media and paid their tributes to the legendary cricketer. Among many, former cricketer and great friend of Sachin Tendulkar, Vinod Kambli also took to his social media and paid his tributes to the cricketer.

In his tweet, Vinod Kambli expressed how he wasn’t able to witness the first-ever century of Sachin Tendulkar as he was playing Ranji in India. He wrote:
“I couldn’t witness his first century live as I was playing Ranji in India, so @sachin_rt gave another 99 chances to watch them! Grinning face with smiling eyes As I always call him…Master! Raising hands #SachinMaidenCentury”

Earlier in the day, Sachin Tendulkar also took to his social media and shared a video of himself expressing his feelings as he celebrated the 30th anniversary of his maiden century. In the video, he can be heard saying that he never expected to score 99 more hundreds in his career after scoring his first one. Sharing the video, he wrote:
“Scoring my 1st ever 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ was very special as we managed to save the Test & keep the series alive, and it all happened on the eve of our Independence Day. Flag of India. It’s been my privilege to play for India and I thank each one of you for your love & support over the years.”
