Virat Kohli Gave An Abusive Send Back To Temba Bavuma And The Fans Can’t Keep Calm: India’s stand-by captain KL Rahul made a brilliant effort to dismiss his South African counterpart, Temba Bavuma, in the ongoing third and final ODI match between the two sides in Cape Town.
As the match kickstarted today, KL Rahul won the toss and asked South Africa to bat first. Though, Quinton de Kock got off a brilliant start, smashing a flurry of fours, but the top-scorer in the previous match – Janneman Malan was dismissed early by Deepak Chahar.
Quinton de Kock was joined by the skipper Temba Bavuma in the middle to increase the flow of runs in the powerplay. However, Temba’s stay at the crease was cut short by KL Rahul.
The dismissal took place in the seventh over of the game, when Bavuma received a full-delivery from Deepak Chahar and Bavuma sent it to the right of mid-off and left for a single. However, instead of running in a straight line, Bavuma angled his run to his left in order to avoid the bowler.
Eventually, he fell short of a few steps as KL Rahul did a brilliant effort in the field as his direct throw at the stumps dismissed the Proteas captain for eight runs.
Following this, former Indian captain Virat Kohli and other cricketers were seen giving an abusive send-off to Temba Bavuma. Here, watch the video:
