India superstar cricketer Virat Kohli is one of the most loved athletes in the world. The 34-year-old has earned an insane fandom across the globe through the success of his 15 years of international and IPL cricket.

Whether it’s a Nepali actress saying that Kohli is his favorite cricketer to Hollywood star Jack Black hailing him as the Michael Jordan of cricket. And now to a fangirl in Colombo gifting him a handmade portrait of himself.

At the team hotel where Virat Kohli is staying in Colombo, one lucky fan got the opportunity to meet the Indian cricketer. She gifted Kohli a handmade portrait of the player himself and proceeded to say how much of a big fan she is of him. Kohli was all smiles at this beautiful gesture from the fan girl.

Virat Kohli likely to be rested for Bangladesh game

It has been learned that Virat Kohli could be rested for today’s Super 4 round game against Bangladesh in Colombo. Since India have sealed a place in the Asia Cup 2023 final, with wins over Pakistan and Sri Lanka, it has been reported that Rohit Sharma is set to ring multiple changes to the XI that played against Sri Lanka and keep the players fresh for the final on Sunday.

Among the possible changes, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, and Hardik Pandya are most likely to be rested, bringing in Shami, Prasidh Krishna, and Shardul Thakur. Shreyas Iyer and Suryakumar Yadav also have a chance to return to the XI vs Bangladesh, and they might replace Virat Kohli and Ishan Kishan.

Kohli cracked a stunning century vs Pakistan earlier this week in Colombo. This was his 47th ODI century and now he’s only 2 hundreds behind Sachin Tendulkar’s tally of 49 ODI tons.

India will face Sri Lanka in the Asia Cup final on Sunday after Sri Lanka defeated Pakistan on Thursday in a last-ball thriller.
