On the eve of the India vs. Pakistan clash, both the teams had their practice sessions scheduled at the same time under the floodlights in Kandy, allowing players of both teams to interact with each other.
Meanwhile, a video of where Kohli could be seen meeting Harris Rauf. The duo shared a warm embrace and also had a lighthearted conversation just hours before they faced each other once again in the continental showpiece event.

Last year, Kohli stunned the cricket world as he produced a memorable shot off Pakistani speedster Haris Rauf in the 19th over of the game. He pulled off a straight six over the bowler’s head by punching the pacer’s good-length delivery with a straight bat. Kohli smashed Rauf for another six off the next delivery when India needed 28 runs to win off the last 9 balls.
Notably, Rauf was sensational in that match as he dismissed the likes of Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar Yadav. But Kohli had some other plans as he put up a dominating show by taking on Rauf in the crucial 19th over of the game.
