The leaked video of Virat Kohli’s room has been a talking point among fans ever since the superstar Indian cricketer raised the issue on Monday that someone had entered his room without his permission, made a video of his stuff in the room, and uploaded it on social media.

Kohli and Team India were in Perth over the past few days, where they played South Africa on Sunday at the Optus Stadium, with Temba Bavuma’s team registering a 5-wicket win in a low-scoring thriller to go to the top of the Group 2 points table.

The video reached Kohli too, who took to Instagram on Monday to complain and express frustration about the invasion of his privacy. In the video, a person filmed the entire of Kohli’s room and his stuff can be seen clearly. He wrote “King Kohli’s Hotel Room” in the video and made it viral on social media.

Kohli slammed this act from who is now learned to be a hotel staff member, who has now been “stood down and removed” from the Crown Perth hotel, a statement read.

The 33-year-old Indian batter captioned his post: “I understand that fans get very happy and excited seeing their favourite players and get excited to meet them and I’ve always appreciated that. But this video here is appalling and it’s made me feel very paranoid about my privacy. If I cannot have privacy in my own hotel room, then where can I really expect any personal space at all?? I’m NOT okay with this kind of fanaticism and absolute invasion of privacy. Please respect people’s privacy and not treat them as a commodity for entertainment.”

Arjun Kapoor gets trolled after commenting on Virat Kohli’s post

Many celebrities from across fields came to Kohli’s support and expressed disgust at this act from the hotel staff member. Among many Bollywood and acting fraternity stars, Arjun Kapoor also showed his emotions in this matter, and commented “Absolutely unethical and uncool”.

What perhaps Arjun didn’t see coming was some hilarious trolling from fans under Arjun’s comments. Netizens mocked and trolled the actor mercilessly, some saying that Arjun is jealous because he doesn’t have fans to make such videos; some said it was Arjun himself, while some told him to delete his comment to avoid further trolling.

Australian opener David Warner was also unpset with this incident. Warner commented: “This is ridiculous, totally unacceptable. Was this @crownperth”
