Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Searching For Clouds Video Leads To Funny Memes – With rain stopping and resuming for most of the day on Sunday and then on Monday as well led to a big break and delay during the India vs Pakistan match in Colombo, which is hosting the Super 4 round of the ongoing Asia Cup 2023.
Although the match started at its scheduled time of 3 PM on Sunday in Colombo, only 24.1 overs of play, during India’s innings, was possible and the remainder of the day was called off due to rain and wet outfield. Fearing this very situation, the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) had added a reserve day to only this match of the Super 4 round, and the match resumed on Monday after another delay of about 100 minutes from its scheduled time.

Talking about the India vs Pakistan Super 4 match, the game was halted by rain after India’s innings in 24.1 overs in which India scored 147/2. No more play was possible on Sunday, but the ACC had added a reserve day just for this fixture and the match will resume on Monday.
Babar Azam won the toss and elected to bowl first. Rohit Sharma scored 56 runs in 49 balls with the help of 6 fours and 4 sixes while Gill scored 58 runs in 52 balls with the help of 10 fours. Both took the attack to Shaheen, Naseem, Rauf, and Faheem. However, Pakistan came back in the game and dismissed both openers within a space of two overs.
Then Virat Kohli and KL Rahul, who replaced Shreyas Iyer who picked up a back spasm minutes before the toss, steadied the ship and both are unbeaten, Kohli on 8* and Rahul on 17* when after 24.1 overs rain stopped the match.
