During the ongoing first ODI of the ongoing 3-match ODI series between India and South Africa in Paarl, Virat Kohli once again grabbed all the limelight as he was seen hugging Ravi Ashwin tightly after the veteran off-spinner dismissed Quinton de Kock.
R Ashwin returned to the Indian ODI squad after a gap of four years as he last played his last 50-over match against the West Indies in September 2017.
Ravi Ashwin dismissed Quinton de Kock to give a much-needed breakthrough to team India as he ended a 39-run partnership for the second wicket between Temba Bavuma and Quinton de Kock.
After Ashwin dismissed Quinton de Kock in the 16th over of the game, Virat Kohli came towards the off-spinner and gave him a tight hug to express the thrill of the moment. The Proteas batter, who was looking in a great touch was cleaned bowled by Ashwin as he was knocked off the off-stump.
