The Indian cricket team has successfully dominated the ongoing second test match against New Zealand at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai from the word go. The Virat Kohli led side gave brilliant performances in all the departments of the game to take the driving seat in the ongoing game. The Kiwis were 140/5 at stumps by the end of Day 3, needing 400 more runs to win this contest.

Considering the form of the Indian side and the track deteriorating with time, the home side winning this match is inevitable.

Meanwhile, the Mumbai match has turned out to be a complete entertainer for the fans. From some amazing performances with the bat and the ball, from both the sides, to some hilarious moments taking place on-field. The game also witnessed some controversial moments. Kohli’s dismissal on Day 1 stirred a debate on social media, while the umpiring standards were once again questioned.

Virat Kohli Trolled On-Field Umpire Like A Boss On Day 4

During the first innings, Kohli was adjudged out despite edging the ball, he expressed his disappointment and was seen having a word with the umpire. On Day 3 of the game, he had another moment with the umpire. The Indian skipper was fielding on this occasion and disappointed with the decision of the umpire, Virat took a hilarious dig at the umpire, which was caught on the stump mic.

The hilarious incident took place on the 16th over of New Zealand’s second innings, when Axar Patel was operating with the ball. Axar bowled a skiddy delivery which foxed both the batsman Ross Taylor and keeper Wriddhiman Saha, and the ball raced towards the boundary.

As the umpire reckoned that Ross Taylor has edged the ball, he gave the wrong signal. The same left Kohli perplexed and he came up with a hilarious reaction. He was heard saying:

“Ye kya karte hain yaar ye log yaar… Main udhar aajata hu tum idhar aajao (What are these guys doing. Let me come there and you come here),” presumably taking a dig at the umpires for their errors.

The video of the same has been going viral on social media. Here, watch the video:
