The captain of Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli is one of the best cricketers in the world right now. He is considered as modern-day legend. Every aspiring young player wants to become a player like Virat Kohli.

Before he became the skipper of Indian cricket team, he was the skipper of the Under-19 cricket team of India, which emerged triumphant in the 2007 World Cup in Malaysia. It was after that when Royal Challengers Bangalore roped him as a player in for the IPL season of 2008 and since then, there has been no turning back. He has impressed each and all with his devastating performance.

It has been 11 long years, since Virat Kohli started playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore, he is probably the only player who has consistently played for a single team through all these years and hasn’t been auctioned yet.

It was in the year 2013, when Virat Kohli replace Daniel Vettor as the captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore. However, he has got a fair share of flak as well as the team hasn’t been able to win the tournament and life the trophy for even a single time in the last 11 years. The franchise even changed the combination of the team many times, however, all went in vain.
Although, they qualified for the playoffs a few times, once in the year 2009 and 2016 but were defeated by the Sunrisers Hyderabad and Deccan Charges in the finals. However, this time the team failed to qualify for the palyoffs.

Virat Kohli has always been like a blessing in disguise for Royal Challengers Bangalore as mostly he is seen playing like a lone wolf. So, far in his IPL career of 11 years, he is the second highest run-scorer with 4948 runs. Even this year, Kohli scored over 500 runs in the 14 matches he played and once again emerged out to be their leading run-getter.
Many trollers and cricket pundits, took to twitter and were asking him to change the team. However, Virat Kohli had quoted many times and once again he made it clear to all that he is not going to play for any other franchise.
Recently, a very wonderful video was posted by the official twitter handle of Royal Challengers Bangalore, in which his words have been reverberated by the team management.
Here, have a look at the video here:

He has said it multiple times and we’ll quote him again, ” I don’t see myself playing for any other franchise.” @imVkohli ?❤?#PlayBold #RCB pic.twitter.com/ynZ9JZa8iL

The caption of the video read:
“He has said it multiple times and we’ll quote him again, ” I don’t see myself playing for any other franchise.” @imVkohli ????❤???? #PlayBold #RCB”
Well, we really hope that next time he lifts the trophy of the tournament.
