Virat Kohli Wrote A Beautiful Tweet For MS Dhoni After His Vintage Finish

MS Dhoni turned back the clock and produced a vintage knock as he smashed 18 runs off just 6 balls against Delhi Capitals in Qualifier 1 to help his side enter straight to finals in his trademark style. Despite not having the best IPL season, Dhoni turned out to be a savior for his team as he backed himself in the crunch situation in the first qualifier against Delhi Capitals.

CSK needed 24 runs off 13 balls when MS Dhoni walked out to bat. However, Dhoni, who is known for his cool as cucumber nature, soaked in all the pressure and led the team from the front as he scored an unbeaten knock of 18 runs off 6 balls, smashing 3 fours and a six.

MS Dhoni’s stunning knock took fans into a frenzy and soon social media was flooded with amazing reactions from Twitterati. From fans, cricketers to celebrities, everyone went berserk and came up with amazing tweets for Thala.

Among many, current Indian and RCB skipper, Virat Kohli also took to his Twitter to express his emotions after watching Dhoni smash the ball to all parts of the ground to finish the match. In his Tweet, Virat expressed Dhoni’s knock made him jump out off his seat. He also announced the return of the King as he hailed the greatest finisher of the game. He wrote:

“Anddddd the king is back ❤the greatest finisher ever in the game. Made me jump Outta my seat once again tonight. @msdhoni”

However, Virat soon deleted the tweet and posted the tweet again because he forgot to add “ever” trying to be loud and clear in what he believes about the legendary skipper.
