Virender Sehwag And Others Went Berserk After Virat Kohli Opened The Innings With Rohit Sharma: The Indian cricket team is currently locking its horns with England in the series-deciding fifth and final T20I at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Both the teams are currently leveled at 2-2 in the ongoing five-match t20I series.

However, before the game kickstarted, the Indian skipper left everyone surprised at the toss. Virat, who is usually seen batting at the number three position, decided to open the innings on Saturday along with regular opener Rohit Sharma.

“Wanted to bring in good balance with bat and ball. I will be moving up the order and SuryaKumar is that X factor player in our team and we want to give him as many games as possible. KL Rahul misses out and Natarajan comes in for him,” Kohli said after the toss.

Both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli walked-in with all-guns-blazing and took the game with a storm to give a solid start to team India. Though, this isn’t the first time Virat is opening for the team. Earlier he has opened for RCB in IPL on several occasions.

The stunning duo provided the hosts with a solid start. While Kohli is still playing, Rohit was dismissed after he crossed the half-century. Rohit scored 64 runs off 34 balls, before he was dismissed by Ben Stokes. His powerful knock was laced by 4 fours and 5 stunning sixes.
