The clash between the fans was reported by ABP live. As per them, the banners put up by Rohit Sharma’s fans were destroyed by some unknown people, which led to a clash between two fan groups. A young fan of Rohit Sharma was taken to the sugarcane field in the town and was beaten for abusing the group of MS Dhoni’s fans.
The bizarre incident has left everyone shocked and disappointed.  The news, which is going viral on social media, also caught the attention of former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag.
Virender Sehwag took to his twitter and expressed his disappointment over the same. He urged the fans not to get into the violent clashes.
In his twitter, Virender Sehwag claimed that most of the cricketers are very fond of each other but the fans are taking the fights to another level. He wrote:
“Kya karte rehte ho paagalon. Aapas mein players are either fond of each other or just don’t talk much, kaam se kaam rakhte hain. But kuchh fans alag hi level ke pagle hain.”

The tweet was flooded with reactions from Twitterati, who came up with their own takes on this. Amidst many, a twitter user came up with a funny suggestion for Sehwag. He asked Sehwag to train his fans to witness a next-level fight. The Twitter user wrote:
“viru bhai, Sehwag fans ko achhe se training do..alag level ki fight hai..”
Responding to this, Virender Sehwag asked his fans to not turn violet and treat the team as one instead. He wrote:
“Sehwag Fans aisi bakwaas mein na hi lagein agar fan hai. Alag hi IPL chalu hai inka”
