The under-19 Indian cricket team defeated arch-rivals Pakistan in the Under-19 World Cup semi-finals by 10 wickets to enter their third straight final of the U19 World Cup. The ‘Men in Blue’ made the target of a 173-run looked like a cakewalk.
This was India’s second successive victory against Pakistan in U19 World Cup. Earlier during the 2018 edition of the tournament, the Indian team had bowled Pakistan out for mere 69 runs after setting a target of 274 runs.

India opener Yashasvi Jaiswal and Divyaansh Saxena gave a blockbuster performance and shared an unbeaten stand of 176 runs and turned the tables for Team India. Yashasvi Jaiswal scored his maiden hundred of the tournament and smashed the Pakistani bowlers to all the corners of the ground. While, on the other hand, Divyaansh Saxena remained unbeaten on 59 runs as India sealed the victory.

Earlier, after being asked to bowl first, the Indian bowlers choked Pakistan with their mesmerizing bowling spells. Team India bowled them out for 172 runs. Indian bowlers Ravi Bishnoi and Kartik Tyagi picked two wickets each, while India pacer Sushant Mishra picked 3 wickets
