Virender Sehwag Wrote A Hilarious Tweet For Ambatti Rayudu After His Terrific Knock

Indian batting legend Virender Sehwag has hailed the brilliance of Chennai Super Kings star player Ambati Rayudu for his powerful performance against Mumbai Indians. The swashbuckling batsman blazed away to a 27-ball 72 runs to help his team post a competitive target of 218 runs, helping his team score 82 runs in the last five overs.

After being put to bat first, Chennai Super Kings made the worst possible start as they lost Ruturaj Gaikwad early in the game, however, Faf du Plessis (50) and Moeen Ali (58) joined hands and took the game forward with their amazing partnership.

Following their dismissals, fans had all their hopes on the Chinna Thala of Chennai Super Kings — Suresh Raina, however, he failed to give the best and was dismissed after scoring only 2 runs. However, Rayudu walked out to bat with all-guns-blazing and took the game by storm. He smashed 4 fours and 7 sixes during his knock of 72 runs.

Among many, legendary batting superstar Virender Sehwag also took to his Twitter and came up with an epic tweet. Sehwag, who is known for his hilarious sense of humor, was once again at it as he praised Rayudu in his own trademark style.

In his tweet, Sehwag took a dig at Rayudu’s ‘3D glasses’ tweet and heaped praises on him. Sehwag claimed that the glasses he ordered worked. He wrote:

“72 of 27. Sab ulta hai in 3D mode.
The 3D glasses he ordered worked like how.
Absolutely brilliant hitting from Rayudu.

Taking a dig at the selection committee, Rayudu had tweeted: “Just Ordered a new set of 3d glasses to watch the world cup,”
