Harsha Bhogle is one of the most popular and liked cricket commentators in India. He has a long career as a cricket commentator but from past 6 months or so he hasn’t made any television appearance as cricket commentator and that’s because STAR Sports India have refused to renew his contract.

Now, there have been many conspiracy theories behind Bhogle’s ouster and the latest one has come from a Bengali daily Sangbad Pratidin that reports Kohli and Vijay had some differences with Bhogle and this was one of the major reasons behind his ouster from commentary panel.

During the 2016 Asia Cup in Bangladesh,in one of the matches Virat Kohli was struggling to score runs and Harsha Bhogle said that Virat Kohli was playing more shots than what he was scoring. And Kohli, who was very unhappy with himself after he got out for just seven runs, didn’t like Bhogle’s comments and even asked him after that match that why did he make such comments?

Sangbad Pratidin reported that Bhogle had a great relation with Kohli before this incident and he did try to calm down by sending him messages on WhatsApp but the Delhi batsman didn’t reply.

Earlier, Vijay also had an issue with Bhogle during the Australia-India Test series in Australia. The opening batsman got out for 53 on a difficult batting wicket in the first innings in Adelaide Test and later in an interview he was asked by Bhogle on camera whether he felt bad to not get a century on that wicket. Vijay was so unhappy with the question that he even reported against him to the coaching staff.

NOTE: We don’t endorse this report and cat really tell what was the reason behind Harsha Bhogle’s ouster from the commentary panel.
