Former Indian cricketer and IPL franchise Kings XI Punjab’s batting coach Wasim Jaffer is known for his wit and sense of humor on social media. He is often seen trolling and pulling the legs of others and this time the victim was former England’s skipper Michael Vaughan.

On Sunday, team India registered a win in the just-concluded three-match T20I series by 2-0 against Australia. After winning the first T20I match by 11 runs in Canberra, team India registered another victory as they defeated the Aussies by 6 wickets in the second T20I in Sydney.

With this win, India registered its 10th consecutive win away from home. Talking about the game, The Indian skipper asked the hosts to bat first. Australian openers gave a solid start to the game. Matthew Wade sent the ball to all the corners of the ground as he scored 58 runs off 32 balls. Steve Smith also played a vital role as he added 46 runs to the scoreboard.

After the final touches by Moises Henriques and Marcus Stoinis team Australia gave a target of 195 runs to India.T Natarajan emerged as one of the most economical bowlers for India.

Team India needed 14 runs off the final over and Hardik Pandya finished the game off in style with two back to back sixes. He played an unbeaten 42-run knock.

Later, while chasing the target, the Indian cricket team got off to a slow start but gained pace slowly. Both the openers – KL Rahul and Shikhar Dhawan gave the much-needed momentum to the game. However, KL Rahul was soon dismissed in the 5th over of the game after scoring 30 runs off 22 balls, smashing 2 fours and a six.

However, Shikhar Dhawan held the game strong and formed a decent partnership with the Indian skipper Virat Kohli. Together they smashed the Australian bowlers to all the corners of the ground.

Meanwhile, a tweet of former cricketer Michael Vaughan has been going viral on Twitter, which was made by him a few days back. In his tweet, Michael Vaughan had predicted that India would be whitewashed in all the three formats of the game by Australia. He wrote:

“Early call … I think Australia will beat India this tour in all formats convincingly … #AUSvIND”

Now as India won the T20I series, fans grabbed the opportunity to troll Michael Vaughan over his tweet. However, the most hilarious tweet came from the former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer.

Well, after the men in blue won the T20I series, Wasim Jaffer also joined the bandwagon. He took to his social media and decided to troll Michael Vaughan over his prediction. He retweeted Vaughan’s tweet and trolled him using a hilarious meme from Anurag Kashyap’s movie.
