Just the very next day, in the second T20I, he showed his true qualities as he smashed his maiden T20I hundred. Sharma scored 100 runs off just 47 balls as he took the bowling attack apart with 7 fours and eight sixes. He had a destructive strike rate of 212.77.
Abhishek’s family regularly came to watch him bat in the IPL 2024. However, this time around, they cheered from their homes as he smashed his maiden hundred for Team India. A recent video of his family cheering has gone viral on social media.
