Courtesy a poor batting show by India at Centurion, the Indian team went down in the second test as well and lost the series having lost the first two games of the 3 match test series.

India while chasing the target of 287 fell short of 135 runs and lost the match. This came as an even bigger loss than the 72 runs defeat at Cape Town and the blame is on the Indian batting entirely.

Clearly, India did not learn from their mistakes and the batting woes continued even at The Centurion. Batsmen kept throwing away wickets stupidly and the match kept slipping away till India finally tasted defeat. Having swapped Shikhar Dhawan with KL Rahul in the second test came as an even bigger nightmare for India.

ANGRY KOHLI LOSES TEMPER IN THE PRESS CONFERENCE

The animated Indian captain who was disappointed at the loss could not hold on to his anger yet another time and this time the anger busted at a South African journalist who questioned Kohli for his selection of the playing eleven.

Here is what the conversation between the journalist and Virat was like

Journalist: You talk about the team not coming together well, maybe that has been because of the changing of the selection. In all the tests that you have been the captain, you have changed your line up in every test. I think you would know that to win test matches you also need a little bit of consistency or a lot of consistency.

THIS GOT THE INDIAN CAPTAIN FUMING!

Kohli: How many tests have you won out of 30? How many have you won?

Virat Kohli, who get really animated at this question raised on his selection further added that wherever the team goes it tries to do its best and also said, “I am here to answer your questions and not to fight with you.”

This was not the first time Kohli exhibited anger on this tour. Virat Kohli has always been aggressive and short-tempered but we are not really sure if being this temperamental is helping India’s cause in any way.
