Brendon McCullum, the Kiwi player representing RCB in this league made a unique record. He became the first cricketer in this season and the second player in the complete league to score 13 runs off just a single delivery. Before him, Saurav Ganguly had scored 13 runs in one ball, when he was playing for Rajasthan Royals in the year 2014.
On Tuesday, McCullum played a very innovative shot that left everyone stunned as he hit the six brilliantly over the head of keeper. However, the ball was given a ‘no ball’ as Pandya bowled the above waist full-toss which was smashed as a hit by McCullum. The ball was given a ‘no ball’ immediately by the umpire.
