During the match, the two most experienced Indian cricketers – Shikhar Dhawan and Dinesh Karthik shared a light moment and left everyone in splits.
The moment took place after the third delivery of the 12th over when Dinesh Karthik made a stumping appeal after Shikhar Dhawan failed to hit away from a back-of-length delivery by Varun Chakravarthy that was spinning down the leg stump.
However, the only issue was that Shikar’s foot never left the ground and Karthik didn’t even appeal to the umpire. Instead, e appealed to Dhawan himself by pointing a finger at the left-hander. Initially, it seemed that the duo got indulged in a hot argument however that was not the case.
What happened next left everyone in splits as Dinesh animatedly said something to Dhawan who jumped on his knee and both of them shared a laugh. The hilarious moment has become the highlight of the match and the video of the same has gone crazily viral on the internet.

Talking about the game, Prithvi Shaw starred with the bat as he set the run chase on fire hitting six fours in an over off Shivam Mavi in the first over. He smashed an explosive 82 off 41 balls to help the Capitals gun down 155 against KKR. Delhi Capitals won the game by 7 wickets. Shikhar Dhawan too contributed with the bat by scoring 46 off 45 balls and stitched a crucial 132-run opening stand with Shaw.
