Trailing 2-1 in the 5 match ODI series, Indian cricket team came back strongly in the 4th match by defeating South Africa by 35 runs, in Chennai. India decided to bat first after the winning toss, but lost two early wickets as both the openers, Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan, fell cheaply. Virat Kohli, who has been made to bat up and down in the order, came to bat no. 3 and scored a match winning century against a very good South African bowling attack. Kohli reached his 23rd ODI hundred in style by smashing a massive six over long-off. With this innings, Kohli finally ended his run-drought and announced his comeback in the majestic manner. Kohli was supported well by Ajinkya Rahane and Suresh Raina.

While walking back to the pavilion after registering a comprehensive win, MS Dhoni made a great gesture by handing over the stump to Virat Kohli for his memorable hundred. Watch the video here:
