Ahead of IPL 2020, Indian Test spinner Ravichandran Ashwin is leaving no stone unturned in his practice sessions. He has been working hard along with his Delhi Capitals squad ahead of the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League.
In the upcoming edition of the league, Ashwin will be seen playing for Shreyas Iyer led Delhi Capitals. Previously, R Ashwin has picked up 136 wickets in 125 IPL matches and has even captained KXIP in the last two seasons.

Ashwin, who is known to experiment with his bowling and to add something new to his armory. The cricketer has several variations including the carrom ball, straighter ones, and even leg-spinners. Seems like the off-spinner has been putting extra efforts this time to bowl wrist spin. However, this time the action is different from his previous attempts.
Well, in a video posted by Delhi Capitals via their official Twitter handle, R Ashwin can be seen bowling a leg break to a Delhi Capitals batsman in the nets. He can be seen flaunting his variations with the bowl and we are spellbound by it.

Earlier in an interview, R Ashwin had expressed his excitement for the upcoming edition of IPL. He appeared extremely optimistic about the condition of the players of his side in UAE. He had said:
“The quarantine period is over, testing is done, all the guys are fine- everything’s quite good. Seeing a few human beings around, after a layoff of over six months, is really nice. It is wonderful to get back to what you are supposed to do.”
He had also expressed his desire to make more salient contributions with the bat. He said:
“Playing in the nets is like a laboratory. As a bowler, I need to go out there and experiment with different deliveries, while the batsmen too can try playing different shots. It is upon both batsmen and bowlers to extract the most they can from these experiments.”
